Embracing Change

Today we live in a changing world in which what a day it is outdated the next day. This requires any company to be in a state of permanent alert.

This ever-changing scenario requires the organization to be open to change, adapt.

In a world as competitive as the current company can not afford to go to the trailer.

This instability often leads to anxiety.

The people generally are reluctant to change, it shrinks, fear the new, the unknown. This fear often leads to an attitude contrary to innovation, which do not react until there is no choice, when usually it's too late.

Reacting later involving loss of business opportunities and give advantage to competitors.

Adapting to changing times is absolutely necessary to ensure the survival of the company.

The leader is concerned not only change, but finds in him a fountain of opportunity.

He knows that if they react before the competition has a good chance of winning.

The leader in the company promotes a culture conducive to change.

The leader is to anticipate change, try to promote it seeks to lead.

Fight the continuity (this is done because we've always done well), whose effects can be really harmful.

Breaks the inertia of the established, and he even confronted with the power to drive change.

We can speak of two types of change:

A sudden change occurs in the overnight as a shock to everyone notices. This change is so obvious that the company perceives and reacts immediately.

But there is a much more dangerous is the gradual change, which occurs gradually, almost imperceptibly, making it very difficult to detect. When the company wants to react it's too late, has been left out of the game.

Only a person who looks to the future, which is constantly scanning the horizon for evidence of evolution, is able to perceive these gradual changes in its initial stage, with time to react and gain ground on competitors.

The leader is constantly trying to anticipate potential future scenarios, taking the steps to be prepared.
